1. Coffee machine rental service
Against a monthly fee, any coffee machine can be rented on an annual basis. This allows the leasee to avoid having to commit to large minimum stocks as a pre-condition to getting the machine. in addition, customers are charged based on recorded consumption of cups on a monthly basis. Throughout the contractual period the machine is regularly cleaned and maintained. Any spare parts are automatically replaced free of charge.
2. Free on Loan (FoL)
This service is particularly suitable for large hotels and tourist resorts. The machines are loaned against a contractual commitment of buying a minimum amount of coffee on a monthly basis. During this time all maintenance and spare parts are free of charge.
3. Golden Cup operated vending machines
This option allows any business or institution to offer hot beverages as well as snacks to its employees and customers. This self-service canteen is restocked and maintained by Golden Cup. A cash or cashless payment system allows the service user to pay for the product through different means.
4. Machine purchase
We offer for sale a full collection of the best Italian high pressure espresso machines under the brand names Necta, Sanden Vendo, and Melitta. Every machine is fully guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for one year from the date of purchase.
5. Maintenance Service
At Golden Cup, we provide a maintenance service for coffee machines against a fee. Therefore, our skilled customer service department is equipped with the proficiency to handle installation complications, malfunctioning, hardware and software upgrades, as well as customization requirements.
